Website information
This website provides general information about NovMotion capabilities and production approaches. Content may change as services and production methods develop and is not a substitute for a project-specific proposal or agreement.
Project engagements
Scope, fees, schedules, approval stages, deliverables, usage rights, confidentiality, and responsibilities are defined separately for each accepted engagement. Sending an enquiry does not create a production agreement.
Supplied materials
A party supplying scripts, images, recordings, trademarks, character references, likenesses, or other materials is responsible for confirming that it has authority to provide and use them for the proposed work.
Portfolio and outcomes
Portfolio samples remain subject to their applicable rights and permissions. No website statement guarantees audience performance, commercial results, platform acceptance, or a particular legal outcome. Questions may be sent to service@novmotion.com.
