Source authorization
Projects should begin with a clear record of who supplied scripts, references, product assets, voices, faces, trademarks, and other protected material, together with the permissions applicable to their intended use.
Likeness and identity
Recognizable people, voices, performers, and identity-based references require appropriate authorization. Approval requirements should be defined before production scales, especially for advertising, virtual talent, and localized remakes.
Provenance and review
Production records may identify important source materials, generation or editing stages, selected outputs, and approval decisions. The appropriate level of documentation depends on the project, platform, risk, and delivery requirements.
Commercial delivery
Rights and eligibility can depend on source assets, tool terms, platform policies, contracts, and jurisdiction.
